AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – June 27, 2023 – Jill Dralle, Nexteer Automotive’s Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), USA, was recently elected to the board of directors of the Michigan Manufacturers Association (MMA). Dralle joins other MMA directors, who represent a diverse group of businesses across the state of Michigan, to lead the MMA with a strong strategic orientation and facilitate the association’s robust activities.

As Nexteer’s vice president and COO for USA, Dralle is responsible for USA operations, gaining commitments from the business lines and leveraging corporate functions to meet the business plan of the region. Prior to her current assignment, Dralle was executive director of Nexteer’s Saginaw Operations. She has also held several executive positions in engineering, operational excellence, quality and manufacturing operations. She began her automotive career with General Motors as an industrial engineer at the former Saginaw Steering Gear division. Dralle holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Saginaw Valley State University.
