Dr. Bin Wang was appointed as the Company’s independent non-executive director in 2022. Dr. Wang is a professor of finance at the business school of Beijing Technology and Business University, as well as a member of its university-level academic committee. He is chairman of the Audit & Compliance Committee, and a member of the Renumeration & Nomination Committee.
