Ricardo Pastor is the vice president of global quality and manufacturing. In his current role, Pastor oversees the global quality organization with a focus on maintaining, developing and securing implementation of state-of-the-art quality systems. He also leads manufacturing efforts to enhance lean manufacturing performance through the in-depth implementation of our Nexteer Production System principles. Pastor is a member of Nexteer’s Global Strategy Council.
